Before the Build
Throughout the build process we offer several scheduled walkthroughs at key milestones, but you're also welcome to walk the home at other times during construction; we simply ask that you contact us ahead of time to ensure the job site is safe and that no scheduled work will interfere with your visit. Safety is our top priority—for you and for our crew.
To keep you informed every step of the way, we use BuilderTrend, our construction management software. Through this app you'll receive regular updates, photos, and progress notes so you can follow along - even when you can't be on site.

That’s why we use BuilderTrend, an easy-to-use construction management app that keeps you informed in real time. With BuilderTrend, you’ll receive regular updates and photos as progress happens, giving you a front-row seat to your home’s transformation.
You’ll also be able to view the build schedule so you always know what’s coming next, and track your budget—including any approved changes—all in one place. Best of all, the app can be downloaded right to your phone, so you can stay connected and in-the-know wherever you are. It’s just one more way we work to make your experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish
We understand that sometimes ideas evolve or new inspirations strike after the contract is signed—and we’re here to help guide you through that. If you’d like to make changes during the construction process, our team will meet with you to discuss your vision (if a larger request), evaluate the request, and walk you through what’s possible based on where we are in the build. Our goal is always to help you make the best decision for your home, your timeline, and your budget.
To keep everything clear and organized, we use BuilderTrend, our construction management app. Any requested changes will be submitted as a formal change order within the app, where you can review the details, approve or decline the update, and see how it may affect your total cost—all from your phone or computer.
Please keep in mind that depending on the timing and scope, changes may add to your overall investment or extend the construction timeline. That said, we’ll never move forward on any changes without your full understanding and written approval. Communication is key, and we’re committed to making the process smooth and transparent from start to finish.
